Why does Excel keep switching between open workbooks in Windows 11?

While I am working with multiple Excel Workbooks, it keeps on switching between the last worked 2 Workbooks!

I am using Windows 11 Enterprise - 22H2 and Excell version is - Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2310 Build 16.0.16924.20054) 64-bit.

    1. If issue will persist when you run Excel app in Safe Mode which can avoid possible conflict from add-ins?
