Lost MIcrosoft Form Responses

Hello.

2 week ago I create a microsoft form. During 2 weeks, people from my organization was answering it. When I closed it, and start to analyze the data, i found that several answers from several users, didnt appear in the Excel form. I opened it online, and arent there also.

My collegue told me the date and hour of the answer, but there arent in the excel. the ID is normal and the sequence is OK. But I know for sure there are answer missing. Several collegues told me they send the form and show the message in the screeen.

But at the end, his data its not in the excel.

What can i do ?
