Create user-specific forms with some information pre-populated?

I'm doing quarterly reporting for grants with sub-grantees. I want to send a user-specific form for them to fill out where they currently stand on a specific project, with some recipients requiring more than one project to fill out. I want the form to have information from what they answered last quarter. Any guidance?

    Hi Evan Horne

Thank you for posting on the  Microsoft Community Forums. I hope you're doing well.

I understand that you wanted to know how you can create a user-specific forms with some information pre-populated on Microsoft Forms. Unfortunately, Microsoft Forms does not natively support pre-populating fields. You may be able to achieve this with the use of additional software but not directly on Microsoft Forms.

With that being said, I would recommend that you send feedback directly to our developers. We’d love to hear from you about what’s working well, what’s not, and any ideas for improvements including possible new features and functions. How do I give feedback on Microsoft 365? - Microsoft Support

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Sincerely,
