unknown delegates in delegates list

I see these items in my delegates list and I'm trying to figure out what they mean. Are they also accounts that have been added as delegates and have turned this way or what? please I need an explanation. thank you

    Hi Aduki-Bukari Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I am happy to help. I am a user just like you and only trying to advice/ assist in a best possible way I could resolve your issue.

    In order to determine that, right click on the items and check the properties, check what detail it brings.

    Delegate entries will typically show the delegate's name, email address, and the level of access they have (e.g., Full Access, Send on Behalf of, etc.).
