To better understand and investigate your issue, I may need some more detailed information from your side so that I can narrow down the issue in right way:
- What is the type of your new account which is blocked? Is it a Microsoft365 business/education account or personal account (whichis ended with outlook.com or hotmail.com) or some other 3rd party pop/imap account?
- You selected category "for education", I would like to confirm whether you have an education account which is ended with @xxx.edu? Do you have any problem with the education account?
