Hi, thank you for reaching out. My name is Deeksha and I'm a Microsoft user like you and I will try to help you as best as I can today.

It could be compatibility issues. Try these steps first:

    1. Update Microsoft Outlook: Open Outlook. Press on "Help" in the menu bar. Choose "Check for Updates" and follow instructions on installing updates that are available.

Update macOS: Click on the Apple menu in the top-left corner. Choose "System Preferences" > "Software Update." Install any available updates

    1. Disable Sonoma Add-in Open Outlook. Press on "Outlook" in the menu bar. Choose "Preferences" > "Add-ins." Disable the Sonoma add-in by unchecking the box besides it
    2. Run Outlook in Safe Mode Go off Outlook Press down the Option key and select the Outlook icon to open it in Safe Mode. See if it is stable in Safe Mode.
    3. Repair Outlook Profile Go off Outlook Go to "Applications" > "Utilities" > "Terminal." Enter the following command and press Enter: Copy code /Applications/Microsoft\ Outlook.app/Contents/MacOS/Microsoft\ Outlook -ProfileManager Create a new profile and set it as the default.
    4. Reinstall Outlook- could try this if the above doesn't help Go off Outlook Move the Outlook app to the bin. Download and install the latest version of Outlook from Microsoft
    5. Contact Microsoft Support If the above doesn't work

Visit the Microsoft support website Select "Office for Mac" as the product. Follow the prompts to contact Microsoft Support.

Try these steps and hopefully, it resolves your issue. In case you need further help or assistance, please let us know.

    Best regards Deeksha
