Excel warning message - There are circular references where a formula refers to to its own cell directly or indirectly

When I open Excel file with the extension as .xlsb getting Message as There are circular references where a formula refers to to its own cell directly or indirectly. I changed the date format from dd-mm-yy to dd-mm-yyyy in Masterdata, where this date was in few different sheet . Is it causing the issue. Pls suggest How to get rid of this message.
