OneNote LTI 500 Error

Good morning,

We have the OneNote LTI setup on our Blackboard LMS. It was recently reported that whenever students or faculty click on the link, they get a 500 error.

I also noticed when going to https://www.onenote.com/lti/integratelti that attempting to register a new LMS generates a 500 error.

Is there anything going on with https://www.onenote.com/lti that is causing this? Or are there any changes we need to make to prevent it?
