Luana P, when you try to login, what message or prompt do you receive?

    Hi Raymond,

    Thank you for your reply.

I have tried to login with the domain I have written on the invoices I receive, but it doesn’t allow me to login.

I will have to cancel my bank account but I’m worried the subscription will continue to be renewed. I have been unable to link to the account and am therefore unable to cancel the subscription.

I tried everything but have not been able to log in.

    Kind regards,

    luana
