Onedrive request file doesn't work for external users: stuck at uploading 0%

Hello,

I am able to create "request files" links from my Onedrive. But users outisde of my organization (with or without Microsoft Office accounts) are not able to upload files.

I also noticed that the description for the "request files" does not appear when using the link.

At present, according to our investigation, this phenomenon is related to the server side, and it has been repaired. So I would like to confirm if you are still experiencing this phenomenon?

    I saw the same thing happen in our tests here, this could be a problem on the server side, I've also noticed other users reporting this phenomenon, we kindly recommended you can raise a service request in Microsoft 365 admin center, which the support there has the related permission and resource to help you check from the backend
