MS 365 developer subscription countdown won't reset - help

Hi,
I've had a Microsoft 365 developer subscription that I've been keeping inactive for a while, but the last couple of months or so I've been unable to because of health issues. Now I've started using it again but I'm getting this message in my dashboard (image1):

I'm trying to find out some support e-mail I can send a message to, but can't seem to find anything and I'm stressing out watching the days counting down because I don't want to lose the sub.

Any help is appreciated
