Missing Mircosoft Form.

I created a Microsoft form, and yesterday went in to check responses. That was fine and could view them all. I've logged back in this morning and the form has now disappeared. I've looked in the recycle bin but it is not there. It can still be accessed as a user.

I am using chrome on a Windows PC and also tried it on my iPhone 15.

    Hi PaigeLaw,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Microsoft Form. When it comes to data or file recovery, I just want to put your expectation that Microsoft doesn't have the tools to recover your files manually.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Ensure to inspect the Recycle Bin initially as any deleted forms are likely to be stored there.
    2. You can directly access the form by using the URL. Simply replace "ResponsePage.aspx" with "DesignPage.aspx" in the URL to view the design of the form.
    3. Check the Deleted User: In the event that the form was generated by a user who has been removed from Active Directory, it is possible that the form has also been deleted.

Remember, always back up your data before making any major changes. I hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Lon
