    Hello there Judah M,

I'm so sorry you've had to experience these issues with onedrive and I hope i can be of assistance today,

Below i'm going to list some potential solutions to your problem and hopefully these can help solve the issues you're facing with uploading.

    1. Adding OneDrive as a service (This issue can persist if you don't have permission to upload files on OneDrive and you're signed into an account that doesn't have permission to upload): To solve this simply follow the steps I list below: 1.1) Resetting your windows settings app, and reinstalling OneDrive Open a Microsoft Office app, such as Word and select Home 1.2) Select Connected Services . 1.3) Choose OneDrive. 1.4) Complete the sign-in steps for the account you are trying to add

ALTERNATIVELY, If this still doesn't solve the issues you may need to clear old OneDrive credentials by following the steps below:

1.1) For windows begin by Pressing the Windows key + R to open a "Run" dialog 1.2) Enter the path %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings and select OK. 1.3) Delete the PreSignInSettingsConfig.json file.

The following steps and information was used as a reference from the following source: https://support.microsoft.com/office/f7a68338-e540-4ebf-ad5d-56c5633acded#ID0EBBH=Error_messages and navigating to the 'Upload blocked section'

    1. Updating OneDrive: Ensure you have the latest version of OneDrive downloaded. 3)Check your internet connection: I understand you are connected to the wifi however ensure there are no connectivity issues causing the problem.
    2. Restart and reinstall: Restart your device and if the issue continues to persist you can alternatively reinstall OneDrive.

Hopefully the solutions I've stated above are of assistance and should you require any further help please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Thanks,

    Parth Patel.
