Automate tab in ribbon not showing, even though "Automate" tab is checked

I am attempting to use Office Scripts in Excel and Word (Microsoft Office 365 home and personal running on Windows 10).

In Excel Options > Customize Ribbon, I have the "Automate" option checked. But in the ribbon itself, I don't see the "Automate" tab (I do see the "Developer" tab). I am using the app (and prefer to use the app), but for completeness I don't see the "Automate" tab in the web version, either.

Has anybody solved this problem? Thank you!

Yes, I have both the highlighted boxes checked in the "Customize the Ribbon" dialog, however I only see the "Developer" tab showing in the ribbon and not "Automate." Do you know how I can solve that?

(I did try to attach a screenshot and it didn't seem to work, but yours shows it perfectly.)
