Microsoft 365 Developer Program: Cannot set up E5 subscription

Question

Hi,

I have tried several times to set up the E5 subscription in my account and link it to my Visual Studio Subscription.

Unfortunately, I started getting the error message below;

We can't set up your subscription right now. The service might be unavailable. Please try your request again.

MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-25d0-493a-96ff-fed8c22f95d1

Code: 50003

After trying multiple times, I also received the error below;
We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number did not pass security checks.

MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-a38e-4d01-951b-225678c6719c

Code: 40321

Can someone please help me to create this sandbox environment?
