Microsoft Certification Exam Not Working

Hello,

I have tried taking the MB-330 Microsoft Certification exam, but I get an error when checking into the exam. I have verified with my company's IT that there is no issue with my work laptop (even with not using a VPN, and keeping other applications closed). I have also contacted Pearson Vue multiple times and they have mentioned that there is no problem with their interface. I think that perhaps there is something wrong with my Microsoft account and would appreciate any help regarding this matter.
