Syncing Issues

I open OneNote and it states "We're having trouble syncing. Click "Sign in again" to fix this issue. And when I sign in again this banner does not go away. I have tried uninstalling and re installing to no avail.

    Hello Sam,

    I understand your situation.

    Kindly try the following troubleshooting ideas to fix the issue:

    1. Ensure that your notebook is syncing on the web. Copy the link to one of your notebooks from OneNote, paste it on the browser and confirm that the last change you made reflected on the notebook on the web. If the notebook shows the latest change that means that the issue is with the desktop app.
    2. You can repair and reset OneNote app. To do that, Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Search for OneNote and click on it > Click Advanced option. Locate Repair and Reset and click on them to repair and reset OneNote app.
