Hi,

I have a Office365 family subscription and am signed in on my Microsoft account on my browser.

However upon installing the desktop apps on my Mac, it seems it is not recognising my email address and giving me the following error message :

The email address or username you entered does not exist. Please check that you have typed your email address or username correctly.
I do not have any aliases, this is my personal account.

Please help

    Dear TIna MOTAYE,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community. We are delighted to offer our assistance.

Please use the license removal tool in this article: How to remove Office license files on a Mac - Microsoft Support and sign in your account again to activate the Office applications.

Hope you keep safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,
