Import Sharepoint Integrated Customized Form?

Hello,

I am tasked to migrate a customized form from 1 external sharepoint domain to another. Is it possible to migrate a customized form a different site/domain? If so, what would I need to do to accomplish this?

    I read your question carefully. Can you confirm the bellow question?

    • Could you please confirm forms are available Microsoft form portal home page and the form owner? Microsoft 365 >> forms
    • And if the forms are available forms migration should be done through the form portal with a move to option And it can be moved to different groups .
    • So, the destination site should be a group connected team site.
