Share a link to a specific document version using sharepoint

Hello,

can a specific version be referenced or communicated.

This solution seems to work but it doesn't. The link copied is a link to the current version rather than a specific version.

I have no governance on the library nor means to alter the library and enable creation of major versions,

Are there strategies to reference to specific document versions under this setup ?

If you are still not able to open a previous version of the files with copied links, we are afraid that in order to address this issue, it may be necessary to investigate the environment on your end. As forum support, we do not have sufficient permissions and resources to perform an investigation directly.
