Problem with adding a child to Microsoft Family Safety

Good day! Creates the topic again, since being on a business trip, I was unable to respond to the answer in the previous one, and as of now, the topic and correspondence are not active. The essence of my appeal is as follows: In order to use Microsoft products, my wife (hereinafter referred to as Administrator) for my child (hereinafter referred to as User) created an account and joined it in Microsoft Family Safety and joined to manage this group herself. After some time, after trying to install Google Chrome for the User on his personal computer, he saw a dialog box - in connection with the policy for minors, in order to continue using this product, ask an adult (Administrator) for permission. How many times the request was not confirmed - it never arrived either in Microsoft Family Safety or in the Administrator's e-mail. While searching for the problem, the Administrator accidentally left this family group through his Microsoft Family Safety account where the Administrator, my wife, could manage and monitor the User account, my child. As of now, the situation is as follows: 1. The child cannot use Google Chrome on the computer - as there is no request for permission. 2. it is not possible to add the child's account to the new Microsoft family group, since she is already in the group with my wife, and she cannot leave the group on her own 3. it is not possible to remove the child, since the wife herself accidentally left the group, removing herself from it. When sending a request to join the account, the child receives a message in the mail - the user is already in the family group, leave it first. And he can't do it on his own because of the policy of age restrictions. This is a closed circle - it is not possible to add a child to a new group under my administration as he is already in the group - the child cannot leave the group on his own, as there are age restrictions on such actions in the status of a child – the wife cannot delete the child, as she accidentally left the group with the child herself through the account I am asking for advice on how to add a child to a new family group in order to be able to fully use all Microsoft products?

Good day. it is not possible to connect the child's account according to the recommendations you provided. I submitted a request again, followed the link - there is a message: You already belong to the family group. To join a new one, you need to exit the current one

yes, you understood everything correctly, I can neither delete the child's account, since the organizer left the group, nor add it again, since the child is already in the group. Tell me, please, if I submit a request to delete the child's account, will it be possible to use the Microsoft products associated with this record after the 30-day review and complete deletion of the record?

tomorrow I will try to take a photo of the information displayed in the child's account and try to use the link you provided. thank you

    Hello Віталій,

Thank you for posting here on Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are trying to remove the child account from an existing family but unable to as the organizer has left the family. Just to set your expectations that Microsoft recovery is managed by a completely automated server, and we do not have manual access to it. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

For me to have a better view of your concern, I'd like to ask:

    • May I know what specific error message are you getting whenever the child account leave the Family without the organizer? Does it have an option to provide consent?

What I can suggest, is that you try to login to family.microsoft.com and check if the same issue persist there in any case you are using the application. With that as you mentioned, the organizer left the family without prior remove the members which is the child account. Try to request for the parental consent which you can access it through this article: Managing parental consent - Microsoft Support.

    I hope this information helps!

    Best regards,

    Arquel C.
