Microsoft 365 Profile Issues

I have a user who is experiencing the following issues with her Microsoft 376 login (outlook.office.com):

  1. When I try to set my automatic replies for out of office, there is no save button, so I can edit but not save
  2. When I open my calendars, on the left I have access to various calendars, they pop up for1 or 2 seconds and then vanish, I also have 2 other calendars loaded and can't unload them

Another user says - when I try and look at her calendar I just get a spinning wheel and can't open it.

I have signed in with the user's credentials and can confirm 1 & 2 above. Re 2, I saw in the left pane the entries "Add calendar" and "Go to my booking page" followed by several other entries, which did disappear very quickly. I refreshed the page and the same thing happened. The missing items are "My Calendars" (with "Calendar" ticked) and "Show all".

Thinking that there might be something untoward in Settings I examined those in her profile against mine and discovered that some settings were missing in hers:

General

Completely missing - Language and Time, Mobile devices, Distribution groups
Appearance settings blank

Calendar

Missing - Weather, Bookings with me

I have no idea how to proceed with this, so would appreciate any suggestions.

    Hello Kerry,

I had tried all the things you mentioned and was intending to raise a ticket if I couldn't progress via this forum.

Many thanks for your prompt and detailed response,

    Dear ITrccab

Good day! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We'll be happy to help!

First of all, we regret for the inconvenience and inconvenience caused to your work. Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, it seems that you say that your user's problem occurs in OWA (Outlook web app), if so please kindly try to clean the cache of the browser she/he is using first, and if there is still a problem then please kindly try switching between other browsers and log in to OWA (Outlook web app) in the privacy mode of the other browser (incognito mode) to check the results.

If your user's problem persists, given that your user's issue is happening with OWA, because our forum lacks relevant knowledge and permissions to fix OWA problem, so to better help you and not waste more time, please kindly try to create a service ticket in the Microsoft 365 admin center to support > service requests through navigation, as they have more access permissions than on this forum, and professional engineers will further help you.

Note: if you are not using admin account, please kindly ask admin within your organization for help.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated. I hope all the best!

    Sincerely

    Kerry Chen | Community Moderator
