These are a few suggestions by Arquel C. in the thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/latest-macos-app-store-update-broke-to-do-on-big/f5422d35-9311-4b1b-a6a3-e14ea6028196 "There are a lot of possible reason of why this happened, one of them is due to compatibility. But for now I'd like to ask few questions for me to have better view of your concern.

What is your Mac Big Sur version (e.g. version 11.7.10)? You may refer to this article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201260

May I also confirm the app version of the To-Do installed on your Mac? You can check it by going to Finder > Applications and locate the To-Do app it should the list of version on there.

Here are troubleshooting step I can suggest:

1. Try to clear your browser's cache and cookies, then check if the same issue persist.
2. Set another browser as default and restart your device. From there test the To-Do application.
3. Completely uninstall Microsoft To-Do on your device:

Uninstall the To-Do application.

On your Finder, press Command + Shift + G and enter the following: ~/Library/Group Containers

On there locate a folder named UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.to-do-mac and delete it.

Once done, press Command + Shift + G again and enter the following: ~/Library/Containers

Locate a folder named Microsoft To-Do and delete it.

Restart your device and re-install the Microsoft To-Do: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-to-do/id1212616790

Note: If the folder is none existing, you may skip it"
