"-1,parse_response" Error when accessing Sharepoint?

Hello,

I am the admin for my company's Sharepoint, and recently all users have been unable to access the Sharepoint folder linked to our "General" Teams channel. This issue persists in the Teams client as well as while accessing Sharepoint online.

Previously, the error message read:

"Bad control character in string literal in JSON at position 50626

(line 1249 column 1058)"

Now it simply reads:

"-1,parse_response"

Does anyone have any ideas?

    I have tested it on my side but could not reproduce it. According to your description, the issue occurs on all users' side. This could be related to the backend. Currently, I am not aware of any similar reported service incidents. Therefore, I would suggest you raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. The support team there has the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this issue.
