Editable text box on form

I have a contract form that brings over most of the information that is needed, but there are still a couple of areas that have information that would be edited everytime. Is there a way to put a text box on a form that is empty when the form is opened and allows the user to add the text and format it? They would then be printing the contract for signing by the customer.

Add a text box to the form an leave its Control Source empty.

Set the Text Format property (in the Data tab of the Property Sheet) to Rich Text.
