Caught in login loop for 1 year, need help.

As a Microsoft Technical Advisor I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues and hope I can be of help today,

The issue is caused if your organisation uses Trusted Sites and doesn't enable third-party cookies or URLs, below i'll list a solutions for chrome.

1. On google chrome. 1.1) In the Chrome Settings window, navigate to settings by clicking the 3 dots in the top right (settings) -> 'Privacy and security' section, then select Cookies and site data, from here Select Allow all cookies and make sure Block third-party cookies is not selected. 1.2) Select Allow all cookies and make sure Block third-party cookies is not selected. 1.3) In that same window, Under sites that can always use cookies click 'Add' and add the following sites below seperately. 1.4) - microsoft.com - microsoftonline.com - microsoftstream.com
