    Dear respected,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We went through your post carefully and error code 30015-45(2147942405) usually occurs when there is a conflict with the installation file or the installation source. Since you mentioned it's in online hybrid environment, the codes in ODT script should be correct. In this situation, we can narrow down this to the local environment of this specific device. Here are few suggestions for you to try:

    1. Disable any possible firewall, proxy, or antivirus software temporarily to try again.
    2. Create a brand-new local environment and see if Office can be installed there.

Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support

If the error persists, as you have tried almost the general troubleshooting ways, we sincerely recommend that you contact the Microsoft 365 admin of your organization and follow the steps in this article to create a support ticket for you to contact online support. The support team there has more permission than us, they can help you remotely and collect logs to find out what exactly happened with the installation process on your device. They may also involve more resources to investigate the issue from the backend. This would be the most efficient way to handle this case for you.

Please accept my Apologies for redirecting you to the related team support as the moderators in this community have limited resources to check the backend information, and to get the fast and better assistance we requested for it.

I'm sorry and I apologize for that.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Mia
