New Margin Problem

Anonymous

My top margin is in the middle of the page. My "Show white space between pages in print layout view" is checked. I cannot read the link to help from Hans because it is an unsecure http site.

I have, of course, before all this, tried to change my margins in "Margins" on the ribbon by clicking on a choice shown & in custom margins. Any other ideas. I think there is something wrong with my "Word" program.

Please help,

Wendyh

This is probably not anything related to margins at all. Open the Page Setup dialog (click either the Margins button or the Size button on the Layout ribbon and click the item at the bottom of the dropdown), and click the Layout tab at the top of the dialog.

.

In the middle of the dialog, make sure the Vertical Alignment dropdown is set to Top, and not to Center or any of the other values.
