Hi,
I have the problem that all admin accounts of my azure ad use 2FA. The 2FA information was lost due to handy crash. Now I can't login to azure ad. Is there a way to contact microsoft support for this problem?

I would recommend calling the Azure Data Protection team. Normally they can only help you get back in if there is only one global admin on the tenant, but since all of the global admins are locked out they may have a recommendation for you. Their number: 866-807-5850
Having break-glass accounts is recommended in order to avoid these scenarios.
