Microsoft 365 Developer Program - Expired and Deleted Subscription

Hello,

I had the Microsoft 365 Developer Program subscription, then I changed my phone, I do not remember when I set up authentication for the account, but when I changed my phone, I was asked to authenticate before I could access the account, but I never got the authentication on my new phone. I was forced to delete the subscription since I could not access it. It was deleted on 15th December 2023. It has been over 60 days but I am still unable to create a new subscription. Whenever I try to set up a new subscription, it brings up the expired subscription that I previously deleted. if I use my other Microsoft accounts, it says I am not eligible for a new subscription. I have sent multiple emails through the "report error" link but I have never received a response.

Please I need a way to get a new subscription. any help would be appreciated.
