Questionable charge

On 12/12/23 I received this email message: We attempted to renew your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription on December 12, 2023, but the charge of USD 7.60 to [your card] was unsuccessful. Why is Microsoft attempting to charge me again when the last payment only posted 7 days ago?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. However, understand that Microsoft will not charge you when you have an active subscriptions in your account. I will suggest you check your Microsoft account Services and subscriptions page to confirm the status of your subscription: account.microsoft.com/services.
