Hello,

I would like to get a refund as I don’t use the service anymore and I was charged £79.99. If anyone could help with this please let me know

You have the option to dispute the charge with your bank on the ground that it was unauthorized and have a charge back processed or you can reach Microsoft store support with the link below to investigate and help with a refund if eligible;
