While using endnotes "cite while you write" following message pops up:
"Some citations are unreadable, your Microsoft account might not be compatible with EndNote21.Please contact Microsoft tech support for assistance."
Endnote hasn't been workiong since some days, I've tried to uninstall and install again, but it doesn't work.

If there is a compatibility problem, it is up to EndNote to solve it. See https://endnote.com/product-details/compatibility/

What version of Word/Office are you running? Have you run the "Configure EndNote" routine? See https://researchsoftware.com/endnote-x9-20-or-endnote-21-cwyw-compatible-ms-office-365-ms-word-365

    Hi Rebecca,

Just a note that I changed the title of your post so that it is more likely to be found by people with the same problem.

Suzanne is correct, your solution is going to have to come from the company producing Endnote.

I am perplexed by them referring you to Microsoft because their Add-In program does not work with the program it is supposed to work with.
