If this is a problem with a work account, only your company's IT people can help.

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Did the authenticator work on the previous phone? When you say it won't work, exactly what does that mean? Does it mean it produces an error? Does it mean you don't get codes? Before getting the new phone did you back up your authenticator data so you could restore it to the new phone? Did you have more than one method of generating or receiving the code? Did you port your phone number to the new phone?
