Signing in to Office 365

I have an existing Office 365 subscription. I am trying to edit a PowerPoint and it asks me to sign in. It does not accept my current (recently changed) password.

    Does this issue occur with other applications when logging into your account? Such as going to www.office.com on web browser.

    1. When the web page loads smoothly with your account signed in, your internet connection is working. I suggest you try to reset your credentials.
    2. If you still could not log into your account on www.office.com, it's best to change the network or check whether the password is correctly.
