Share error "Failed to Load"

Good afternoon,
I have the following problems, and after updating to macOS - Sonoma OS Version: 14.1.1, the problem returned as usual.

When click on "Share" button in desktop Excel application sometimes (NOT every time) appears window with text "Failed to Load" and two buttons "Cancel" and "Try Again". On a fresh document link sharing works and after some time it stop working. At same time, same file can be shared in web-version of Excel without any problems.

what i tried
1.created another local user, tried to browse from under

  1. cleaned the cache on the mother
  2. reinstalled office

    Is this new incorrect behavior working before installing Mac OS Sonoma?

    If so, then the most likely problem is an issue with Sonoma.

    You can report this problem to Microsoft using the Menu Bar and choosing Help > Feedback > I Don't Like something.

    You can report this problem to Apple. Apple has various ways to submit bug reports. This article explains them.

    If you think this could be a network congestion or connectivity issue, that is also a possibility to consider.
