Dear all, do you know what can be wrong?

When I open Word, Excel, then I have a copilot icon there, it is working. But when I open Forms then nothing. Just it is not there.

What is wrong?

Any idea?

I use Safari but same for Chrome.

Thanks for info. I bought it 1 hour ago but do not think there is a sync time.

    Dear Katerina Potuckova

Welcome to the Microsoft Community! It's a pleasure to help you.

Understanding that you are having issues with Copilot in Forms, I understand how you feel.

I wanted to ask if the license you purchased is Copilot for Microsoft 365?

Copilot in Forms is part of Copilot for Microsoft 365, which will initially be rolled out in early March 2024 to business users, including enterprises, SMBs, and EDUs. A Copilot for Microsoft 365 license is required to access Copilot in Forms. Consumer support will be available soon and will require a Copilot Pro license.
