Try Clearing all browser history and data besides Passwords (Those should be safe to keep)

Hi - we have two users experiencing issues since release of 10.0.39
One user is unable to print Production picking lists. Since update to Prod at the weekend he is getting a blank screen & then pdf returns no data. Weird thing is that when done in Test environment it's not a problem
Second user is unable to view attachments since the upgrade.
Yes we have tried changing browsers, clearing cache & ensuring that we have the latest updates.
We'd appreciate any responses if you have seen or have these issues.

This has been resolving the problem for our users.
Using Edge or clearing the cache works.
BUT users after a few days are still having to clear the cache when utilizing Chrome.
When will this activity go away for users? Is there a fix coming out?
