When im adding 16 digit number last digit is automatically being 0. So what will be the solution for it ?

As per your description, , you can also type an apostrophe (') before the number to force Excel to treat it as text. For example, type '1234567898794567 into the cell. This will prevent Excel from converting the number to scientific notation or changing any digits.
