Default group policy delligation issue

I have a entry in my default group policy delegation DC1$(XX\DC1$). It had custom permissions and with my mistake now says Read. About the time I made this mistake I started receiving "Security policies were propagated with warning. 0x4b8 : An extended error has occurred" with troubleshoot 1202 events message. Looking for clue as to what the custom permissions setup could be for this entry?
