Level 2 Access

Hi,

I've completed both the tasks to move to level 2 for microsoft startup hub for my company Entelligence.AI however I'm not able to access neither level 1 nor level 2 credits. It says that it expired in March and thus I applied for level 2. Both tasks are successfully completed to advance to level 2 but I can't access it. Thanks!

    March Expiration: While your Level 1 credits might have expired in March, Level 2 access itself shouldn't expire. However, it's possible there's a disconnect between the system recognizing your completed tasks and activating Level 2.
