    Hello, mdwolff

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I realize that you've encountered a problem with missing folder in OneDrive.com. The folder occurs in the “Move to” list doesn't exist in the “My file” list. I understand how you feel.

When you say "Moved to" list, do you mean the one occurs when selecting certain file and click "Move to"?

Please feel free to correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Look in the Recycle Bin. On the left side of the OneDrive.com, select Recycle Bin. If you find the item you're looking for, select it and choose Restore.   However, note that a file that has been permanently deleted from the OneDrive Recycle Bin cannot be recovered.
    2. If you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can use OneDrive's file recovery feature to undo any actions you've taken on files and folders in the last 30days. When restored, any files or folders created after the restore point are sent to the OneDrive Recycle Bin.
      • At the upper-right of the OneDrive.com, select Settings(gear icon)****>Options, and then selectRestore your OneDrive from the left navigation.
      • On the Restore your OneDrive page, select a date from the dropdown list, such as Yesterday, or select Custom date and time.
      • If you selected Custom date and time, select the earliest activity that you want to undo. When you select an activity, all other activities that occurred after that are selected automatically.
      • When you’re ready to restore your OneDrive, select Restore. This action will undo all the activities you selected.
      • For detailed steps, see: Restore your OneDrive - Microsoft Support.

If you can't find the missing files after trying these steps, I sincerely suggest you contact OneDrive support.

To contact: Sign in OneDrive.com, and then click this link: Send an email to OneDrive Support.

I can only imagine how difficult this situation must be for you. I hope my reply will help you. Thanks for your understanding.

    Best wishes,
