Hello,

my pivot table persistently calculates one person less. So I have a total of 62 people in my excel but despite selecting ALL the table, the sum always comes to 61. I am not sure why. can you please advise?

In over 30 years I have never seen a calculation in a pivot table go wrong, it was ALWAYS due to the data and/or filters.

We need to see your (sample) file.
