Error when exporting viva engage data

I am getting "credentails are required.." message when I try to export Viva Engage community data by clicking 'export options'.

    Hi, we do have the exact same problem for a few weeks, some users can download the data, a lot can't, some also have a "code": 403,

    "message": "User does not have group access"

    First, try switching to a network environment (e.g. a hotspot on your phone) to see the results.
