    Hi Bryan Alfonso!

I'm Shakiru and Im glad to help you :)

Yes, a user with an E3 license will still be able to access a SharePoint site even if you disable their mailbox using the disable-mailbox function.

Disabling a mailbox using disable-mailbox primarily affects email functionality. It removes the user's mailbox and email features but doesn't directly impact their SharePoint access permissions.

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you

    Best Regards
