Just wondering when the custom function "LAMBDA" will be available for Excel 2021? Currently using: Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 (Microsoft® Excel® 2021 MSO (Version 2404 Build 16.0.17531.20152) 32-bit). From what I've found so far it's only available on Microsoft 365?

Thank you!!

It will display whatever values it last calculated until a recalculation occurs, and then a #NAME? error will appear (as with any functions that don't exist in older versions).

I couldn't tell you if it will be in the 2024 version.

Ok. But is it available on any desktop versions (like the latest 2024) if I would upgrade or only for 365 excel? If i would switch to 365 and start using this function, what will happen when a non 365 user or someone with excel 2021 and older opens the file? I'm assuming it won't work or display the information correctly?

It won't, to the best of my knowledge. Static (i.e. non-365) versions don't really get feature updates.
