Cannot access document in My Content

I'm logged into Microsoft365 and see my saved document in My Content. Even though I'm already signed in, whenever I try to open that document it leads me again to sign in, but fails and keeps saying that my domain of "(domainname).com isn't in the system, please try again." Even though that's the exact same login I'm already logged in as. Tried multiple times on different browsers, different computers, incognito windows, you name it. Nothing. Totally confused and frustrated.x

    Hello there,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with Microsoft 365 and hope the following solutions can assist you:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, stored cache and cookies can cause authentication issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then attempt to access the document again.

2)Check Account Permissions: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 account has the necessary permissions to access the document. If the document is stored in a shared location or if it's part of a team or group, verify that you have been granted access.

3)Try a Different Browser or Device: If you're experiencing issues on one browser or device, try accessing the document from a different browser or device to see if the problem persists.

4)Check Account Status: Make sure that your Microsoft 365 account is in good standing and that there are no issues with your subscription or account settings.

5)Verify Domain Configuration: If you're getting an error message about your domain not being in the system, it's possible there could be a configuration issue with the domain settings in your Microsoft 365 account. Check the domain configuration settings in the Microsoft 365 admin center to ensure everything is set up correctly.

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance as Please note: This is a user-to-user community forum. We are users just like you who help others. We are not employees or support from Microsoft.

I hope the following issues help solve your problem and should you have anymore problems/concerns please do not hesitate to contact me again.

    Thanks,

    Parth P.
