How to fix error 530035 when logging in

I'm trying to log into my client's account in order to connect a third-party domain and set up mail for it. The client himself is not technically savvy, so the task was delegated to me. However, when I try to log into his account, he writes to me that “You do not have access” - strange.

The client's company doesn't have any global administrator or anything like that, and the login I'm trying to log in to is administrator.

Here is the detailed information about the error:

Было бы здорово получить ответ в виде последовательности действий = инструкции.

    А еще))

Сообщения об ошибке, в том виде, в котором есть сейчас совершенно не информативно.

Со стороны пользовательского опыта было бы здорово иметь больше "вводных" внутри сообщения об ошибке, чтобы не подключать ТП к вопросу)

Например вставить ссылку в код ошибки, или что-то вроде этого, иначе поиск решения заставляет грустить :(

    Hello NikitaProkopev**,**

Good day!! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft community.

Error code 530035 usually occurs when there is an issue with the user's account, or the user does not have the necessary permissions to access the account.

First make sure to check if the user account is active and not blocked.

In your case, the device you are using to access this particular account, is not registered. that's why the error mentions "Device ID: Unregistered Platform Devices: Windows 10 Состоние устройства: Unregistered".

So, your question might arise, where do someone register their device?

For that you need to contact the global admin of this tenant, ask them to register your device from Microsoft Intune Admin Center.

    1. Go to Microsoft **** Intune Admin Center.
    2. Login with your admin credentials.
    3. Select Devices > Under, Device onboarding, Select Enrollment.
    4. On right side top panel, Select Device enrollment managers > + Add.
    5. In the Username field, enter the user's principal name of the user you're adding.
    6. Select Add. The new device enrollment manager is added to the list of DEM users.

I hope you can understand that, as a community member, I do not have access to specific account information or the ability to make changes to user accounts.

A device enrollment manager (DEM) is a non-administrator user who can enroll devices in Intune. Device enrollment managers are useful to have when you need to enroll and prepare many devices for distribution. People signed in to a DEM account can enroll and manage up to 1,000 devices, while a standard non-admin account can only enroll 15.

A DEM account requires an Intune user or device license, and an associated Microsoft Entra user. Global Administrators and Intune Service Administrators can add and manage device enrollment managers in the Microsoft Intune admin center.

For your reference, please follow this article: **** Enroll devices using a device enrollment manager account - Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

If neither of these step's work, please let me know and we can explore other options.

Thanks for choosing the MS community.

Looking forward to your response and have a great day ahead!!

    Sincerely

Wow, I didn't expect such a quick response - not sarcasm!

In any case, I tried to follow the link in the "Intune Admin Center" and I see the inscription "Try refreshing the page", I will also attach a screenshot/photo of the screen.

Tell me, what did I do wrong?

    Hello Nikita Prokopev**,**

    Thanks for your response too.

You may try with edge browser from your PC or try the New InPrivate window (Incognito mode).

    • Secondly, if you can see this page, then on your left bottom side you can see the option says, "Show all". Click on it and it will expand like the picture below.
    • Select Endpoint Manager.

    Appreciate your patience with us.

Looking forward to your response and have a great day ahead!!

    Sincerely
