My OneDrive will not sync and gives me an error message "Not enough storage....". However I have only use .1GB of my 1 TB available that i pay for monthly in my 365 family subscription. I get this error both in the online platform and my linked OneDrive folder. I have gone through all the self help articles many many times. Unlinking my PC, canceling and renewing my subscription, deleting all cached password files, changing folder locations etc. etc. Any help is appreciated

Restart the PC, once fully loaded, repair Office,> Apps & Features>Select Office your version>Modify /Repair, once the repair completes re-test (Quick repair)

O365 when installed under a Win user admin account, and run from that admin account, auto logs in when the PC is started. There is no separate login for any component.

The OneDrive cloud icon, to the rt of your taskbar rt click > settings shows storage

O365 must be installed/run under a win user Admin account

Apologies, let me further explain how i find this information: I am viewing my storage limits via the Microsoft 365 login via a chrome internet browser. I click on a new tab for chrome>>search in the browser "Microsoft 365: login">>Login with my credentials>>click on the top right where my initials are shown>>then click on "My Microsoft Account">>then scroll down to "Account">>Then Click on "Microsoft Storage".

When I am trying to add files to my OneDrive I also do it via google chrome via my Microsoft 365>>>Apps>>>OneDrive>>click on a folder>>try to upload files>>>then get a message that the storage is full.

You have failed to say where/how you are viewing storage.

0.1gb means there is no OneDrive data, when was O365 installed on this PC?

You fail to say whether you have reviewd the MS Account associated with O365, in your browser

Cancel/renew sub is completly wrong approach

Can you access your MS Account in your browser and review the status under subs/billing?

    https://office.com/myaccount

Its not possible for an O365/OneDrive to only utalise 0.1GB To view storage rt click the OneDrive icon to the rt of the task bar > Settings

    What win version?
