Good Morning,

We have recently run into an issue where print to pdf is blocked when you have mandatory labelling applied within the organisation.

This is causing a real issue as we currently use MS forms for some business processes and require users to upload proof of manager approval for some processes. The current method of doing this is to print the email to PDF and upload into forms. With the new policy from Microsoft now blocking this, does anyone know the best way of achieving this process?

One idea was to use the snipping tool to create an image, however not sue if this would work for long email chains if it's required.

Would anyone know the best solution that is simple for business users to understand, but doesn't require us to turn off mandatory labeling.

    Dear Georgeo2717,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community. We are delighted to offer our assistance.

One effective solution is to create an automated approval workflow using Microsoft Power Automate in conjunction with Microsoft Forms. This will allow you to streamline the process while adhering to your organization’s labeling requirements. But considering we mainly focus on general and built-in queries in Microsoft 365 applications, we may have limited resources for Power Automate flows.

At the same time, as we have a dedicated channel Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community, for you to be assisted properly, we sincerely recommend you go to that community and post a new thread, members and engineers over there will focus on the specific situation on your side and share specific suggestions. We are sure that our experts from that team can address your query effectively and accurately.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Hope you keep safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,

    Sean | Microsoft Community Moderator
